As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of your region, driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

 

Key Products and Clients:

  • Batteries, cabling, busbar processing, cable connectors
  • Clients: manufacturers of wiring harnesses and transformers

 

🧩 What We're Looking For:

 

DACH Region

 

  • B2B sales experience with a focus on business development
  • Established network in the electrical/energy industry
  • Fluent German (C1/C2); Fluent Polish (C2),
  • Fluent English will be an advantage
  • Self-starter, independent, and goal-driven
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to establish and expand operations

 

Balkan Region

  • B2B sales experience with a proven track record in business development
  • Strong network in the electrical/energy sector
  • Fluent Romanian and English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to establish and expand operations
